Stunning city view from the room!

Traffic noise was quite disruptive at night.

our second visit to cultura plaza was just as fantastic! they gave us the same room again with a lovely city view. the location is perfect, right near downtown. the staff were super helpful, watching our bags until check-in. the air conditioning worked well, and the delicious breakfast was a nice touch!

The Deluxe Room with City View offered a spacious and clean environment, making it a perfect retreat. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. Its prime location allowed easy access to attractions such as the Gold Museum, and I particularly enjoyed the fluffy towels. A downside, however, was the limited dining options, and although the overall experience was enjoyable, the noise level from the street could be disturbing at times.

I enjoyed the central location that made it easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to provide helpful information and were very welcoming during my stay. Breakfast had delicious options, and I appreciated the ability to grab a sandwich for my early departure. One downside was the noise from the street that made it hard to get a good night's sleep at times.

Good food, but rude staff

The restaurant served up some great meals and even packed a breakfast for my early pickup. However, the staff were less than welcoming. I asked for extra pillows due to a medical issue, and they flat out said no, not even a reason. Those thin walls didn’t help the vibe. Clean place, but staff really need a lesson in hospitality.
